Spotlights

This is Exodus Mahumuza.  He is 12 years old and is from the Curtin Child Learning Center in Uganda.  He wants to become an engineer as he advances academically.  He will be the first in his family of six siblings to complete basic education.  He currently commutes from home to Curtin but has been unable to pay the term fees.  Curtin felt it important to allow him to continue his studies.  The boarding fee to support his studies is $400, which will enable him to complete primary education.

Today, the Spotlight is on Hope from our orphanage in Uganda.  Hope is 13 years old;  she has no parents.  She likes to go to school and wants to be a teacher.  She loves taking care of her fellow. Orphans and has a great spirit.

This is Imran from the Anena Children Foundation in Jinja City, Uganda.  He is 7 years old and wants to attend the Bugembe school in Jinja.  He has no parents.  He dreams of being a doctor some day.
