Haiti Today

Chaos continues in Haiti.  It’s practically impossible for vehicles to access the necessities of life.  People cannot go out to get food.  Trucks cannot deliver water.

The country will go in lockdown February 1-7.  All schools and stores will be closed.  For the first time in several years, Haiti will hold elections for a new president.  We are hopeful the elections will produce an honest powerful leader to rescue Haiti.

The government of Kenya has approved sending 1000 policemen to help fight gangs in Haiti.  I am told that the first 300 will arrive in February.  Let’s hope they will be successful in eliminating gang violence.

Help us get food to starving Haitians through our contact in Port au Prince.
